Independent trustee company based in Switzerland, specialising in trust set-up and administration services.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio of structures, including trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies, for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups.
* Develop strong working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to ensure client retention.
* Collaborate directly with end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisors, bankers, accountants, registered agents, and other third parties to guarantee the proper administration of the structures.
* Implement fiduciary solutions in conjunction with legal and tax advisors.
* Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
* Participate in events as a speaker, if required.
* Provide support to the Legal and Compliance Office.
* Maintain awareness of industry regulations and trends.
Requirements
* Prior experience in trustee companies serving international clientele.
* Alternatively, senior experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions.
* Strong knowledge of Trust instruments, their application, and benefits.
* A good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction.
* Excellent English language skills; proficiency in German is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style.
* Well-organised and able to manage conflicting demands under pressure.
* An outgoing personality and confidence to communicate with end-clients.
* The capacity to understand both clients' and our firm's needs.
* A team player, open-minded, and pragmatic.
* TEP membership is a plus.
