How you'll make an impact Lead root cause analysis of failures on GISDrive cases affecting many different customers Owner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution to customer issues Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders Run improvement projects on specific topics Provide support for and/or lead on-site investigations Identify improvements and drive the implementation Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases Your background Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering; knowledge of electrical power systems is desirable Background in quality function or project management/engineering in the gas-insulated switchgear field Fluent English skills; German and any other language are beneficial Experience in quality management and/or project management will be considered a plus Good communication and cultural sensitivity Willingness to travel if needed (max. 10%)More about us Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
