Our Transformation Department in Switzerland is looking for a
Global PMO & Transformation Manager (f/m/d) (100%)
Your Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the delivery of multiple, cross-functional projects across the global Triumph Group to agreed goals, timelines, scope and budgets
* Support project leads in setting-up project/business plans, providing both a standard methodology and working tools
* Directly perform modelling and analytical activities (Excel) to estimate expectations in terms of financial and business impacts of ongoing projects
* Work in connection with the Financial Office and Business Controllers to track actual delivery of each initiative
* Facilitate communication towards board members and top managers, supporting project leads in documents redaction (PowerPoint)
* Grant a timely delivery of monthly project status overview reports, organize and hold transformation workshops and update calls
* Grant the overall perspective on the transformation effort while contributing to the actual delivery of projects (prioritization, scoping, interdependencies)
* Act an integrator and change agent, develop strong relationships within key stakeholders, the Global Management Board and transformation lead
Your ideal profile:
* University degree, preferably with an additional Master/post graduate qualification
* A minimum of 5 years of industry or top tier consulting experience.
* Strategic PMO in the context of major transformation and multi-million programs
* Risk and issue management, change control
* Exposure to the (textile) manufacturing/ retail/ wholesale / consumer goods industry would be beneficial
* International exposure gained through education or work in a foreign Country
* Extensive restructuring/ transformation/ change experience
* Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English as our corporate language (further European languages desirable)
* Excellent MS Office skills
* A mental and professional flexibility with the willingness to embrace constant changes
* Ability to effectively present to superiors and peers
* Highly motivated, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive
