Customer Service Coordinator Missions As Customer Service Coordinator for our Move Management division, you will organize and monitor household goods moves worldwide. You will operate from our head office in Geneva. You will represent the interests of our international corporate HR clients who delegate to MRS the overall management of their assignees moves. Superb capabilities to communicate both with high level clients and specialized partners worldwide, ability to calculate budgets, analyze expenses, and good knowledge and understanding of international transportation business are essential. Responsibilities Coordination and communication with clients, expatriate employees, service providers, and internal teams. File management: creation, updating, and tracking in internal systems. Move Management: assessing needs, sending quotes, and confirming services. Operations monitoring to ensure service quality at every stage of the move. Billing and financial tracking: managing invoices, payments, and associated costs. Issue resolution and customer satisfaction: handling problems and ensuring service quality. Skills and qualifications Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with various stakeholders (clients, employees, service providers, internal teams). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Autonomy and problem-solving mindset: Ability to make quick decisions and handle issues proactively. Proficiency in IT tools: Experience with management software and ease in data entry and tracking.
