The opportunity
Our Consulting business provides high-value advice to clients through broad functional and cross-country services, focusing on business transformation programs in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* An executive level position with exposure across business and technology teams at multinational companies.
* Manage complex cyber security engagements.
* Contribute to go-to market strategy and execution by identifying sales opportunities and preparing proposals for international clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional EY teams to create strong ties, raise awareness of the cyber security team's capabilities, and seize cross-functional sales opportunities.
* Develop and update EY cyber security methodologies.
* Promote EY by speaking at and participating in security conferences and professional meetings.
* Focus on cyber security and advisory services, information security, and risk assessments of processes, applications, and systems.
* Assist clients in understanding the cyber threat landscape, assessing their cyber security strategy maturity within business objectives and risks.
* Implement or improve cyber security management strategy and processes at clients' organizations.
* Support leading cyber security projects within Transformation programs.
* Develop cyber security Frameworks based on industry best practices and international standards.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent education.
* 7-10 years experience in delivering cyber security engagements, including cyber security programs and strategies, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, governance, architecture, data privacy, and identity management.
* 3+ years experience in a Big4 or equivalent Consulting environment.
* Proven track record in professional services sales.
* Leadership, team mentoring, client and project management experience.
* Cyber security frameworks (ISO, NIST) experience.
* Understanding of security aspects regarding prevention, detection, and response.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
