Responsibilities:
* Manage daily procurement activities, interfacing with business owners and suppliers.
* Execute sourcing projects using client systems, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Draft and negotiate contracts based on client terms.
* Support and run RFx, eAuctions, and manage events in e-sourcing tools.
* Seek optimization opportunities.
* Preference for experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Construction.
Requirements:
* Hands-on and proactive approach.
* English and German languages mandatory.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in related sourcing categories.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
* Understanding of sourcing processes and best practices.
* Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
