Innovation projects within QC Microbiology and MCSS Environmental Monitoring require scientific evidence, which is based on research and studies. These studies are meticulously planned, tracked, and executed, forming the basis for decisions and processes that withstand audits.

Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain an overview of current procedures in technical areas, clean rooms, and microbiological laboratories under supervision.
* Plan interdisciplinary studies in microbial monitoring by establishing a study plan.
* Conduct the study and supervise its correct execution with teams.
* Finalize the study by writing a study report and presenting results to stakeholders in QC and MCSS.
Key Requirements:
* You have studied or are currently enrolled in Life Sciences (max. 12 months after completion) with basic understanding of microbiology.
* You are familiar with scientific writing and reporting.
* You are fluent in German and English.
* You are communicative, independently working, responsible, team-oriented, and enjoy inter-disciplinary work.
* You are self-motivated, actively engaging, addressing issues and successes, and enjoy working with a young and dynamic team.
