In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a: Finance and Customer Service Manager Poland Key Responsibilities Financial Controlling & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and company policies. Oversee statutory reporting, tax filings, and audits, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements. Strengthen financial controls and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies. Ensure effective treasury and cash flow management, including banking relationships and cash forecasting. Manages local payroll. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the subsidiary's financial planning processes (annual budgeting and forecasting), ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives. Deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making. Act as a key financial advisor to local senior management, providing in-depth analysis on cost optimization, investment strategies, and pricing models to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Continuously track key financial metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Present findings with strategic recommendations to leadership team, proactively influencing business outcomes. Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against plans, providing strategic guidance on corrective actions and performance enhancement. Business Partnering & Strategy Support. Act as a strategic finance advisor to country leadership and operational teams. Translate business strategy into effective Finance Management plans, build an effective team and instruct and direct them towards achievement of set objectives. Support commercial decision-making by providing financial modeling and scenario analysis. Partner with the local leadership team on financial matters, providing insights and recommendations to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives and operational efficiencies. Identify opportunities and drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Act as a liaison and build potential relationships with all stakeholders within and outside the organization. Understand customer and key stakeholder interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholders. Overseeing Local Accounting and Customer service Teams: Supervise and provide leadership to the local accounting and customer service team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local statutory requirements. Provide guidance and professional development. Monitor and improve accounting processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications & Expérience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred. 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling, ideally in a multinational environment. Experience in payroll management. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
