Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily trade processing, ensuring timely and accurate trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation.
* Manage trade lifecycle events, working closely with front office, risk, and operations teams.
* Monitor and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
* Assist in the development and enhancement of operational processes and system efficiencies.
* Support new business initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a middle office, trade support, or operations role within a financial services firm.
* Strong knowledge of financial products, including derivatives, equities, or fixed income.
* Familiarity with trade processing systems and reconciliation tools.
* Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
