Your Responsibilities:
* Design and execute translational research experiments, including multiple drug testing in 2D and 3D cell culture, human tumor primary culture, cell proliferation/viability/apoptosis/migration assays, xenograft mouse models, Western blot, PCR, RT-PCR, cloning, ELISA, histology, immunostaining, microscopy, FACS, seahorse, and next-generation sequencing data analysis.
* Familiarity with animal experiments is a plus.
* A willingness to conduct animal experiments is desired.
* Perform basic data analysis and document procedures and results.
* Participate actively in research group meetings and seminars.
* Maintain lab equipment and facilities.
* Contribute to lab inventory management, including evaluating new equipment.
Your Profile:
* Prior experience in biology and histology techniques, such as cell culture, tumor primary culture, Western blot, PCR, RT-PCR, ELISA, histology, immunostaining, and microscopy.
* Familiarity with animal experiments is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of seahorse and next-generation sequencing is beneficial.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Basic understanding of statistics is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
