Job Description: This position covers a broad scope dealing with the customer experience on all physical and digital touchpoints:
Event Management: Responsible for customer and sales centric local fairs and events in close collaboration with the local Sales Team.
Organisation and implementation of global key trade fairs, from conceptual design and new ways of presentation to its full organization, budget tracking and closing incl. de-briefing.
Customer events with impact: organization of various events for dedicated customer targets providing them with added value.
Lead Generation, Mailings & CRM support.
Co-creation of Product Launch Campaigns with the Marketing Lead and Product Management.
Bringing the Merchandise Strategy to new heights.
Responsible for samples and product presentations (online, offline).
Support in the development of Co-Marketing concepts.
Specific projects along with trends and company developments.

Functional Skills: Education in Marketing / Communications and work experience in an international environment, preferably B2B, of minimum 5 years.
Experience in designing customer journeys and implementing the learning through appropriate touchpoints and strategies.
High Proficiency in English & German is a must, any other language a plus.
Managing stakeholders, large-scale and small-scale projects independently within budget, time and quality requirements.
Travelling maximum 15%.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and listening skills to understand needs and being able to transform them into added-value customer experiences.
Creativity which smoothly adapts to the various projects and tasks.
