As On continues its rapid expansion, our Talent team is in search of a dynamic and passionate Senior Lead of Organizational Design & Effectiveness to lead our transformative journey. This position will play a critical role in shaping On's organizational effectiveness to support overall team's performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and performance optimization.
Your Mission
Work with senior leaders and talent business partners to conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement, recommend structural changes, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Implement strategies and interventions to improve organizational effectiveness, enhancing team collaboration and communication.
Use data and performance metrics to continuously assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Coach and mentor Talent Business Partners on the required skillset and capabilities to assess organizational health in relation to team goals and strategic priorities.
Partner with Talent Business Partners and leaders to ensure that organizational design changes are effectively communicated and embraced.
Serve as a subject matter expert on organizational effectiveness, providing guidance to teams on best practices and strategies.
Your Story
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in Organizational Design or Change Management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, design, or effectiveness with proven track record of successful organizational design initiatives, including workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Experience within consulting and applied knowledge in an organization are a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in change management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure effectiveness.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and team members.
