Your role
Join our dynamic 'Client Data Management & Onboarding' team as the frontline liaison with our Front Office. Your primary role involves meticulously verifying, checking and actioning client inquiries and agreements. All data is being processed and four eyes checked in Avaloq and in our internal systems.
The successful candidate will thrive in this role by actively seeking opportunities to streamline processes through automation, driving efficiency and innovation. Collaborating closely with teammates, you will identify and address challenges, devising and testing robust solutions. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our department manuals, contributing to the team's overall success and growth.
Main Tasks
Maintenance and processing of client static data for new client onboardings and in case of change in circumstances
Setup of Business Partner (BP), Container (CONT), IPS (Investment Policy Strategy), Money Account (MACC) in Avaloq
Setup of Mailing instructions incl. products
Setup of products such as eAccess, Asset Mgt Agreements
Check-ins of new account opening request coming from the front; upload of agreements, 2 & 4 eyes in various systems
Processing of eAccess support request tickets and support of CA in related matters, working closely with IT
Review and processing of credit card applications
Reviews and updates of signature cards & lists
Closing of Business Partners
Processing of daily mail, internal and external for Zurich & Geneva and all couriers
Back-up of the telephone switchboard
Introduction and supervision of PWA-trainees
Regular quality controls
Submitting ideas to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications
Experience in a similar position
Profound knowledge of CDB 20
Avaloq knowledge
Basic knowledge on various tax regulations (QI / FATCA / AIA)
Good language skills in German, English and preferably French
Team-Player, reliable, open, independent, initiative, well organized, quick thinking
