Junior Sales Executive Assistant

Position Overview
We seek a Junior Sales Executive Assistant to support our CEO who drives International Sales. This role is designed as a stepping stone to a future Sales Manager position, offering hands-on experience in sales operations, client interactions, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Support: Prepare proposals, contracts, and client communications for the sales team.
* Lead Management: Research potential clients, manage CRM databases, and track lead progress.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend sales meetings, prepare briefing documents, and take notes for follow-ups.
* Customer Engagement: Handle initial inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless client experience.
* Market Research: Gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Compile data and reports to provide sales pipeline to the management team.
* Administrative Efficiency: Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and event coordination for the sales team.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, customer support, or administrative roles (ideally min. 2 years of experience)
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and an eagerness to learn new software.
* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent in English and/or German a must + another additional European language is advantageous.
