The Treasury Solutions Team is part of the Finance department at the Glencore Headquarter in Baar. The purpose of this role is to assist in managing Treasury and Trade Finance systems in an efficient, control-minded, and forward-thinking manner in accordance with internal standards and procedures. A close cooperation with local as well as worldwide user groups in Treasury as well as Finance Operations Centre will be a key function.
The role
1. Primary responsible for user provisioning in Treasury and Trade Finance related systems
2. Monitor and maintenance of bank accounts, resolving outstanding banking issues
3. Preparing documents needed in the bank account opening process
4. Performing daily checks in different systems based on control reports
5. Supporting Treasury Solutions Team on daily and monthly tasks
6. Assist in treasury system integration, automation and process advancement projects
7. Month end reporting and tasks

Minimum requirements
1. A sound educational background (commercial / bank apprenticeship or Bachelor's Degree)
2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Finance / Treasury environment
3. Good know-how in using MS Office
4. Treasury/Accounting application (Quantum, SAP, Fides) know-how is desirable
5. Advanced English language ability, both written and spoken
6. Advanced German language ability
