Manager Operational Procurement 100% (f/m/d)
Your Daily Contribution
* Act as a contact person for external suppliers and interface with project management, engineering, production, internal sales, quality and logistics.
* Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or discrepancies (incl. NCR Communication), and maintain strong relationship with suppliers.
* Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
* Monitor and provide regular reporting on relevant KPIs to senior management including ESG and EOHS relevant figures and topics.
* Participate and lead internal projects.
* Lead a local team at BCAG of procurement specialists and ensure the achievement of departmental goals and ensure efficient operation.
Your Profile
* BSc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
* Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain.
* Knowledge of market research and procurement best practices.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Self-driven personality with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
