We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our FinTech company's digital marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B digital marketing, with a strong interest in banking and technology. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities:
· Manage our website and social media presence to create engaging content that drives traffic and generates leads.
· Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
· Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and content marketing.
· Develop and implement an SEO strategy to drive traffic and revenue.
· Monitor SEO performance.
· Optimize user experience, lead funnels, and landing pages to increase interactivity and conversion rates.
· Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
· Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing across channels.
· Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture existing leads.
· Manage and grow our community by developing and implementing engagement strategies.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform our digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree minimum.
· 3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software, technology, or financial crime.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; native speaker preferred.
· Strong project management skills.
· Experience with digital marketing tactics and channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
· Knowledge of web analytics and data-driven decision making.
· Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tool.
· Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
· Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
· Strong interest in banking, technology, and financial crime.
· Driven and flexible individual with a positive attitude.
