Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support via phone and email for IT-related enquiries
* Analyze, process, and resolve incident reports and enquiries in a timely manner
* Escalate complex technical issues to specialist teams and maintain regular communication
* Ensure accurate recording and classification of information for each process
* Process and forward orders from the Implenia webshop
* Inform users about faults and operational messages
* Create knowledge base articles to aid future problem-solving
* Participate in IT projects and continuous professional development in current IT topics
* SUPPORT onsite IT activities in Opfikon (Support for IT kiosk and VIPs)
* Supervise Implenia apprentices at the service desk
Requirements:
* Completion of an IT apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experience in a service desk environment, preferably in a large company
* Familiarity with IT service management tools, particularly ServiceNow
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
* Able to work independently and in a structured manner
