Octapharma Supply Chain started to implement a new strategy focused on service and value to customers and patients. The first part of the journey was to set up the foundations and confirm with first successes the benefits of this paradigm change. Today we are confirming the need to accelerate this transformation, by not only implementing and delivering identified initiatives but creating the full roadmap for the next steps of this journey!
This new position will report directly to the VP group Supply Chain and will join the SC leadership team.
Your new challenges which will inspire you:
1. With the support of your team and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, redesign, improve, implement and control the Supply Chain capabilities.
2. Define and govern SC CoE roadmap to serve better our customers and patients while gaining in efficiency.
3. Lead the Supply Chain transformation office with experienced project managers.
4. Optimize and develop analytic models and simulations.
5. Drive and guide Supply Chain innovation and digitalization projects.
Your profile that will convince us:
1. University degree in Supply Chain or similar.
2. At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain with demonstrated experience of influencing and driving change in Supply Chain and key partners.
3. Excellent expertise in driving Supply Chain maturity and excellence in a global organization.
4. Experience in pharmaceutical environment, international business and matrix organizations preferred.
5. Experience in process optimization like Lean, Six Sigma and in IT/ERP preferred.
6. Fluent in English is a must and German is a plus.
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
8. Agility, stress resistance and a hands-on mentality.
9. Wide range of tasks in an international setting, flexibility and personal responsibility.
