Responsibilities:
1. Be a team member of the already existing global in-house UX team.
2. Take responsibility for one defined area along the user journey (e.g., Diagnosis workflows, simulation, etc.).
3. Apply various UX methodologies to help the teams define the user problem and ideate detailed proposed concepts and solutions.
4. Identify common user flows and collaborate with other UX team members to develop overarching design solutions.
5. Contribute to the Design System by creating visual components as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product Managers, and Architects/technical leads throughout the design process.
2. A strong portfolio of previous UX design projects, showcasing the designs and the process taken to arrive at the final solution.
3. Technical understanding of front-end development to aid in collaboration with development teams.
4. Proficient and familiar with various design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
5. Experience in choosing and applying various UCD methodologies such as prototyping, user journeys, user personas, etc.
6. Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
7. Experience and ability to scope UX problems along with various stakeholders and bring a user-centric approach to organizations.
8. Fluency in Business English; mastery of any other languages is advantageous.
9. Experience in designing complex B2B products and an interest in 3D data visualization and IoT systems.
