Your Key Responsibilities
* You will lead statistical and probability analysis projects and technical investigations, driving data-driven insights.
* You will develop reliability analysis models based on advanced statistical analysis to address complex quality issues with low detectability.
* You will support the implementation of customer claims mastering quality methodologies (QRQC, 8D, 6-Sigma, Shainin), ensuring seamless execution.
* You will drive and support customer quality audits in line with the audit plan and customer requirements.
* You will provide proactive support in the preparation and review of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* You will contribute to site-level Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving projects.
Your Ideal Profile
* A Master's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, complemented by strong knowledge of quality principles.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques.
* Familiarity with quality methods and tools: Pareto, QRQC, 8D, ISHIKAWA, PDCA, FTA, FMEA, Lean-6Sigma, and a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an asset, with basic knowledge of German also beneficial.
* Familiarity with software tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Minitab.
* A team player with a synthesis and analysis mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to tasks and missions.
