Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your team
Join the CRO division and become part of the General Counsel Wealth Management Department in Zurich. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into legal and regulatory matters arising out of the Bank’s and Julius Baer Group entities’ activities and service offering to clients.

YOUR CHALLENGE
What to work on?
* Legal and regulatory advice regarding a broad set of day-to-day activities
* Interaction with the relevant business units (front and product related) and senior management
* Cross-divisional, cross-functional, international collaboration with colleagues from other areas and/or locations
* Supporting national and international legal and business projects
What to learn?
* Insights into the day-to-day operations of a Swiss bank
* Expertise in the product & service development from a regulatory as well a business perspective
* Deepen legal & regulatory know-how in the financial industry
YOUR PROFILE
* Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in law (graduation max. 12 months ago), with an international experience being a plus
* Interested in the financial sector, financial markets law and the complementary regulatory landscape.
* Analytical skills, allowing you to translate complex legal matters into easy-to-follow concepts
* A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
* Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
* Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
