Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Creative Team in the development of campaigns' visuals and graphics that inspire our audience while creating a consistent brand representation across physical and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the creative team in the ideation and production of graphic design assets for seasonal marketing campaigns.
2. Deliver visual assets (print and digital) to support The North Face owned channels (ecommerce, stores, social channels) and Wholesales accounts in their ongoing communications.
3. Collaborate with Creative Director, Art Directors, Creative Managers, Project Managers and Copywriters.
4. Adapt campaign creative visual assets to best fulfill regional channel needs.
5. Support in the development of visuals for events and brand activations.
6. Support with ad hoc social media content requests.
7. Develop campaigns' Creative Guidelines for channels to follow.
8. Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters in the development of special media executions, in particular Out Of Home and Print.
9. Assure the quality and visual consistency of all material shared by internal and external partners.
Requirements:
1. University Degree, preferably in graphic/digital design, visual communication etc.
2. Extensive experience of working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign & Sketch.
3. Previous experience in a design studio or creative agency.
4. Strong visual eye and detail orientation.
5. Natural interest in culture and art.
6. Self-starter with an ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects simultaneously.
7. A team player with good communication skills.
8. A good understanding of the outdoor and lifestyle industries.
9. Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
