Summary of Role
As a Senior Designer, you are a highly skilled and experienced creative professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant graphic design experience. You have a strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you are adept at handling quick client turnarounds while maintaining exceptional design standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute creative projects from concept to completion
* Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions
* Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
* Support and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback
* Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and objectives
Key Requirements
* Minimum five years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment
* Expertise in InDesign (layout, typesetting, paragraph/character styles)
* Expertise in Photoshop (high-level image retouching)
* Expertise in PowerPoint (high-quality presentations)
* Strong conceptual thinking and design execution
* Experience working on quick client turnarounds with tight deadlines
* Fluent English (spoken and written); working knowledge of French is a plus
Good to have:
* Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics
* Experience with Figma/XD for digital design
* Work within a highly motivated team in an innovative and rapidly growing global company
