Job Summary
This role involves managing growth and gross margins through new product developments, improvements, and business planning for existing and new products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage growth and gross margins through new product developments, product improvements and creation of business plans for the existing and new products.
* Maintain industry, technical and application knowledge. Follow market trends and customer requirements as well as continuous competitor analysis.
* Establish processes for continuous tracking of market prices, target cost analysis per product and consistent cost-out programs.
* Cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, planning and process engineering.
* Technical clarification of customer requirements and change requests.
* Maintenance and development of product documentation (incl. marketing brochures).
* Technical sales support to global sales team and directly to global customers. Support in customer visits and presentations, provide quotations.
* Coordinate and implement product and applications training for customers, sales, customer service, applications engineering, etc.
* Responsible for costing, profitability, and business cases.

Requirements:
* A master's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) is preferred.
* International working experience is preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Product Management or Business Development, ideally in high voltage or energy environment.
* Good technical understanding.
* High analytical skills.
* Proficient MS Office user and SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Fluent in English and good command of German language.
* Willingness to travel – customer visits, presentations, etc.
