About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead and implement a new IT and digital strategy for one of our Tier 1 Fintech partners.

* Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Drive cloud adoption, automation, and AI integration to improve efficiency and customer experience.
* Oversee the architecture and scalability of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead, mentor, and scale IT, security, and data teams across Switzerland and global offices.
* Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with C-suite executives to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
* Oversee cybersecurity, risk, and compliance in line with Swiss and EU regulations.
* Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity frameworks to protect data assets.
* Manage vendor relationships with cloud, security, and IT infrastructure providers.
IT Governance & Compliance
* Ensure IT operations comply with FINMA and other regulatory bodies.
* Establish robust IT policies, audits, and governance frameworks.
* Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive cost-effective IT investments.
Required Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a CIO, CTO, or IT Director.
A strong background in Fintech, Banking, Asset Management, or Enterprise Technology is highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping a scalable, secure, and cutting-edge payments infrastructure, working alongside industry leaders in an international, fast-paced environment.
