Responsibilities You will coordinate, manage, evaluate, and develop the skills of a small operational team.
Your skills and expertise will enable you to support and help the team solve complex technical problems.
You will work in a team on the customer's premises.
You may be required to travel to a customer site in Switzerland (10%).
Your Skills Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to take the lead and assume ownership.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems at an engineer level on Microsoft operating systems, SCCM, and Microsoft back-end solutions (build process, onboarding, etc.). Also proficient in other key environments such as iOS, MacOS, Android, etc.
Risk assessment skills.
Knowledge of IT security policies and industry standards.
