Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share in Zurich for our global hotel network, focusing on the pharma segment and developing new account opportunities in multiple industries
2. Cultivate a consultative sales approach to maximize commercial potential
3. Conduct thorough research to identify new business prospects, establish valuable relationships, and unlock revenue opportunities within existing client base
4. Develop tailored strategic account plans for key and prospect accounts
5. Analyze market trends to pinpoint new prospect accounts and stay ahead of the competition
6. Collaborate closely with global account teams to drive collective success
7. Compile and analyze data reports using corresponding systems to inform action plans
8. Report directly to the Country Director of Sales
Your Ideal Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or tourism
2. A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in sales within the hotel industry, with a strong background in contracting and negotiation
3. In-depth knowledge of Yield and Revenue Management principles
4. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts, and close deals
5. Fluency in German and English languages
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an energizing and friendly personality
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications
