Key Responsibilities:
* Offer extensive knowledge in production support.
* Evaluate and implement new production technologies, as well as optimize existing production processes.
* Determine, specify, and validate manufacturing and testing procedures.
* Plan and execute process expansions through automation or partial automation.
* Support maintenance and troubleshooting of existing automation solutions.
* Analyze, optimize, and document production workflows.
* Identify opportunities for cost and quality improvement.
* Organize and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
* Maintain machinery.
Requirements:
* Completed training or apprenticeship as an automation technician, or a comparable technical education.
* Experience with highly automated systems.
* A self-motivated working style and strong communication skills.
* Fluency in German.
* Proficiency in English is a plus.
