Job Description lm group is looking for a well-rounded and highly motivated Junior Partnership Project Manager for its Partnership team.
The Partnership team deals with European B2B activities within the lastminute.com group, conveying the travel product through alternative sales channels using technology.
For example, propose the travel product as a prize to boost the sales of our partner, managing all the prize redemption flow created with our technological capability, or as a sales incentive tool, inserting the products in closed platforms dedicated to the well-being of employees and with travel gift cards.
He/she will manage the implementation of the projects that will be agreed upon with the partners from time to time, interfacing directly with them to set up the product according to specific needs and coordinate the various teams internal and external to lastminute.com, ensuring that the project is carried out respecting times, costs and specifications.
The very dynamic environment is stimulating but requires a strong ability to adapt to specific needs with a positive spirit, helping the team achieve its goals with a facts-based approach.
Key Responsibilities Managing and coordinating complex projects independently, including drafting the project requirements, considering all the flows connected to the projects, managing interferences with the departments on which the project will have an impact, coordinating the work teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines, available budgets and satisfaction of the partner.
Partner Account Management: The projects can be of various nature but will always have to do with an external partner. The resource will have to be the point of reference for the internal partner of the company and will have to manage the relationship day by day ensuring the partner’s satisfaction.
Manage the operational tasks related to the voucher world: project launch (creation and management of voucher campaigns, content insertion, creation of promotional websites, voucher t&c, reporting, training ppt, customer experience ppt).
Analyse campaigns: highlighting any critical issues and the achievement of KPIs. Be aware of market trends and the mechanics of the main partners and competitors, also attending industry events.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing agencies, in the role of digital project management or partnerships management of digital players.
Experience in the digital environment.
Mentality focused on achieving objectives.
Proactive in creating business presentations and xls.
Fluent in English; French knowledge is considered a plus.
Degree.
Abilities/qualities Teamwork aptitude and ability to influence other colleagues to bring them on board the projects.
Ability to work in a digital and developing environment, whose dynamics and guidelines can change very quickly.
High learning speed and aptitude for back office work.
Ability to manage independently, organise work and create structured processes for business management.
