We are seeking a results-driven Intermediary Sales professional to expand SSGA's Swiss distribution network. You will promote investment solutions across asset classes, including ETFs, mutual funds, and cash solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Swiss market.
* BUILD AND MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES, INCLUDING ASSET MANAGERS, WEALTH MANAGERS, PRIVATE BANKS, PLATFORMS, AND FAMILY OFFICES.
* IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE INTERMEDIARY SPACE AND DRIVE PRODUCT ADOPTION.
* CORODINATE PROJECTS RELATED TO CLIENT REPORTING AND ONGOING MANAGEMENT POST ONBOARDING.
* PARTNER WITH CROSS-REGIONAL AND STRATEGIC INITIATIVES TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT OF MESSAGING AND PRODUCT POSITIONING.
* DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATE INVESTMENT IDEAS EFFECTIVELY.
Requirements
* A MINIMUM OF 4-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ASSET MANAGEMENT SALES, WITH A FOCUS ON INTERMEDIARY CLIENTS.
* FLUENCY IN SWISS GERMAN AND ENGLISH.
* STRONG RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH WEALTH MANAGERS, PRIVATE BANKS, AND FINANCIAL ADVISORS.
* IN-DEPTH UNDERSTANDING OF THE SWISS FINANCIAL LANDSCAPE AND INTERMEDIARY DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS.
* ABILITY TO ANALYSE AND INTERPRET MARKET TRENDS, PRODUCT DATA, AND CLIENT INSIGHTS.
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
