IS Process Manager for Availability and Capacity Management

Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.
The work model for the role is #Onsite.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Describes and defines IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value, and regularly maintains all service-related information within the service management tool.
* Prepares and maintains process documentation for the system services and advises on the correct and effective use of the services.
* Takes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions, and calls on other experienced colleagues and external resources to make sure services are delivered proactively.
* Provides consultation, advice, and supports the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.
* Delivers (when involved) the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
* Applies and executes the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
* Identifies, proposes, advises, and implements IS processes and/or supports IS service implementation.
* Contributes to the continuous improvement of the relevant process.
Qualifications For The Role:
* Total of 8 years in IT out of which 6 years in Process Management.
* Graduate in IT discipline.
* ITIL 4 Foundation experience is preferred.
* Design and implementation of process KPIs in the organization.
