Reporting to the head of department your main missions will be to :
- Oversee and enhance the functionality of various sales channels.
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to improve performances.
- Implement new tools/functionalities into the existing systems.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital engagement.
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators related to digital enablement.
- Continuously work towards enhancing the digital capabilities of the organization.
Experience in digital product management/enhancementEntrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset
A successful Digital Enablement Specialist should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Profound knowledge of digital platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret digital data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.
