Position: Regional Sales Executive - Europe

The Mission:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to drive the adoption of Medimaps TBS software among radiologists and physicians across Europe. This role is a unique opportunity to make an impact in the healthcare technology space by selling a proven, innovative solution to a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, including radiologists, physicians, and healthcare organizations, across Europe.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Customer & Distributor Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are fully aligned with Medimaps’ sales goals.
2. Provide training and support to distributors to optimize their performance in promoting Medimaps TBS.
Pipeline Management
1. Leverage Salesforce to manage a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities, and execute outbound sales activities targeting hundreds of potential customers.
2. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed reporting on all sales activities.
Market Insight & Engagement
1. Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to position Medimaps effectively.
2. Act as a Medimaps ambassador at conferences, trade shows, and other professional events.
What do you need to succeed?
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience successfully selling SaaS software to radiologists or physicians.
2. A proven “hunter” profile with a track record of achieving or exceeding quantifiable sales targets.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with customers and drive decision-making.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional European languages is a clear advantage.
5. Experience managing distributors across multiple European markets.
6. Proficient in Salesforce with a demonstrated ability to efficiently manage sales pipelines and outbound sales campaigns.
7. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
8. Only open to Swiss and EU Citizens or Swiss work permit holders.
