System Architect (IAM and Active Directory)
We are seeking a highly experienced System Architect to join our client, a leading consulting firm in Switzerland.
This role will involve designing and architecting Identity & Access Management services, collaborating with internal and external teams, and co-leading a multidisciplinary team within the Digital Business Technology function.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish Robust IAM Solutions: Integrate Identity & Access Management solutions to ensure robust security and compliance.
* Align IAM Strategies with Business Objectives: Collaborate with IT and security teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives.
* Develop Security Protocols: Develop and enforce security protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Drive Adoption of New IAM Technologies: Drive the adoption of new IAM technologies and best practices to enhance security and operational efficiency.
* Lead IAM System Integrations: Lead IAM system integrations in the context of company mergers.
* Support Integration of Security into Development and Operational Processes: Support and promote the integration of security into development and operational processes.
Your Profile
* Proven Experience in IT Architecture: Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, particularly identity management systems.
* Strong Expertise in IAM Tools: Strong expertise in CyberArk's Privileged Access Management (PAM) and SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ for identity governance.
* Understanding of Azure Active Directory: Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integration patterns using Azure Integration Services.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Framework: Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and the Microsoft Entra framework.
* Knowledge of DevSecOps Principles: Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and their application in IAM.
* Security Standards and Compliance: Understanding of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and enhance system security.
