Job Mission
As a data expert, you'll support the organization in generating deep insights from data, driving a data-savvy culture and efficient decision-making.
Your work will contribute to developing safe and efficacious drugs, creating exceptional value for our portfolio and patients.
Your Impact
1. Create high-quality PK / PD modeling datasets and descriptive datasets in compliance with Roche guidelines and Health Authority regulations.
2. Lead the creation of PK non-compartmental analysis (NCA) datasets in compliance with Roche guidelines and Health Authority regulations.
3. Conduct exploratory graphical analyses and model-based graphical analyses using existing PK / PD models.
Contribute to Process Improvement Initiatives
Seek improvements in data processing, management, and decision-making processes through automation, data visualization, and interpretation.
Your Profile
1. Master's degree in Mathematics and Statistics or equivalent experience.
2. Proficient in SAS and/or R programming languages.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good understanding of the drug development process, including global clinical trial practices.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills in English.
6. A customer-centric approach, prioritizing patient needs.
7. A growth mindset, embracing feedback and opportunities for skill development.
