What we are looking for:
Provide Dealer Development market intelligence on distribution landscape; Support strategic Dealer Management & brand governance with local data on markets; Provide brands with brand-specific local data. Develop and Lead New Projects and Program Reports to: Head of Distribution Management.
What are you going to do:
1. Manage & share customer, industry & competitor data ensuring data quality and availability.
2. Analyze market development, distribution and trends, structural data, etc. to support the DM.
3. Consolidate local statistical data to support Dealer Management.
4. Implement new analytical tools and secure their efficient use in DM.
5. Coordinate and participate in yearly dealer standard process.
6. Administer and maintain market responsibilities of AGCO‘s dealer network.
7. Develop new programs and projects to support Dealer Management in other business areas.
8. Participate in Dealer meetings and Workshops.
9. Maintain standardized reporting system of market and dealer data.
10. Prepare maps and create distribution territories maps (footprint distribution analyses).
11. Maintain source file and review and update files.
12. Create PowerPoint distribution overviews and executive PowerPoints.
13. Join meetings and review/calls.
14. Communicate internally in meetings and create documents per distributor.
15. Maintain distributor network accounts (create, terminate, change).
16. Start workflows in agco-net and follow up on status workflows.
17. Contact point network setup for AGCO brands.
18. Create new controls and processes about Dealer Development KPIs responsible per Dealer Development Brand representation and Quality.
What do you need:
1. Very good analytical skills and affinity to numbers.
2. Autonomous, well-structured, and diligent work standard.
3. Experience as a leader in new projects.
4. Minimum of 5 years in Dealer Development Area in Agriculture or Automotive/Trucks Segment industry.
5. Customer focus.
6. Language skills (relevant English and Spanish).
7. MS Office (Strong in PowerPoint and Excel).
8. Experience in project management and rollout.
