Summary
The Marketing Manager EMEA Respiratory Franchise will play a crucial role in the EMEA Commercial Ops team and European Brand Strategy Team (EBST). This role offers the opportunity to implement strategies and tactics for launching an innovative, first-in-class drug while providing essential support for an established brand. You will develop EMEA plans and ensure flawless implementation of disease education and brand initiatives, maintaining consistency with Global/US strategy.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities (Essential Role Responsibilities):
* Collaborate directly with EBST members, Country Marketing Leads, and the Global/US marketing team.
* Coordinate the EMEA Brand Planning process in close partnership with sub-regions.
* Plan and implement regional activities supporting brand commercialization, including disease awareness and brand campaigns, regional congresses, and websites, in line with Global strategy.
* Support media strategy implementation, including social media and digital campaigns.
* Collaborate on training initiatives in the EMEA region with the L&D team.
* Align and complete key tactical activities with Comms, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Advocacy teams.
* Work closely with the financial business partner to manage resources, including budget tracking and agency management.
* Develop measurable project plans with clear objectives, achievements, resource requirements, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
Position Requirements (Required and/or Preferred Skills, Experience and Education):
* 5+ years of commercial experience, with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing.
* Experience in rare disease, specialty pharma, and/or respiratory disease is preferred.
* Degree in Life Sciences or a Marketing-related field.
* Outstanding communication skills and cross-functional leadership with a proven ability to influence across the organization.
* Proven ability to develop outstanding relationships and effectively manage external partners (e.g., consultants, agencies).
* Familiarity with regulatory and pharmaceutical legal promotional review processes.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness.
* Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in at least one other EU language.
