US Federal copyright law requires that a public performance license is needed and MPLC provides the compliance solution.
GGreat content can only be made if creators are paid fairly for what they produce. So we provide a simple, affordable license to businesses. We then pay royalties from our license to our rights holders; from major Hollywood studios to local TV production companies.
Without MPLC, these performances would still occur. But they would infringe copyrights and deprive our rightsholders' of the money they are entitled to. Our license enables customers to run their businesses compliantly and with peace of mind.

About the Role
This role involves developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients from Fortune 1000 companies, across diverse industries, and government agencies (state and federal).
1. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and target corporations legally obligated to purchase public performance licenses.
2. Leverage multi-channel outreach sequences, including sales automation technology email and phone calls, to effectively connect with high-level decision-makers.
3. Proactively qualify and nurture leads to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
4. Employ strategic negotiation skills to close large deals and consistently exceed sales quotas.
5. Actively share best practices and insights with colleagues to continuously optimize lead generation and outreach strategies.

What We Offer
1. Salary on offer $90,000 – $100,000.
2. UNCAPPED Commissions.
