The Assistant supports Team and Relationship Managers (RMs) with all Intermediaries and end-client requests on trading and operational aspects – ensuring seamless operations and fast, competent responses.
Responsibilities include order placement, client request handling, payment execution, loan and deposit placement. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount, with effective handling of enquiries and data provision, plus escalation to senior colleagues where necessary.
RMs rely on Assistants to promote and service e-channels dedicated to Intermediaries and process related requests and enquiries.
Assistants are involved in ongoing information exchange with RMs, internal and external stakeholders during business with clients. They are a role model for professional, competent client care and the foundation of our successful Front teams.
Clients Administration and Management
* Supports RMs and team in client interaction in all respects
* Takes prompt action on incoming calls
* Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences, creating system-based reports for RMs
* Provides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, without giving advice or opinions
* Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments, and executes clients' requests
* Honours and promotes dedicated Intermediaries e-channels
* Monitors maturity lists for deposits, loans, trades; takes action if standard, seeks instructions from RMs or clients when necessary
