About the Role:
The Senior Communications Manager is a key position responsible for leading all aspects of stakeholder relations and communications for BR-DGE.
Working closely with the VP of Marketing, this role will be instrumental in establishing BR-DGE as a thought leader and engaging with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
PR, Media Relations and Thought Leadership
* Develop PR strategies to build BR-DGE's market presence and standing as a thought leader.
* Identify and secure thought leadership opportunities, including speaker slots, awards entries, and topical article opportunities.
External Stakeholder Communications
* Manage communications programmes to engage key stakeholder groups, including customers, investors, influencers, and partners.
Internal Communications
* Support the People, Exec, and Leadership teams, as well as our Culture Squad, with designing and delivering sustained communications programmes.
Employer Brand
* Support the People team and hiring managers to attract high-quality candidates by highlighting our culture and life at BR-DGE.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in communications, with demonstrable success in both internal and external communications.
A background in leading PR programmes is essential, and experience delivering holistic internal communications programmes for a fully remote workforce would be highly advantageous.
