Responsibilities
* Mechanical processing of various engine and aircraft parts
* Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation
* Document the work carried out
* Responsible for the independent control of the work carried out as well as its quality assurance
* Continuous improvement of the processes to be carried out with the aim of optimizing quality and safety
* Application of Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
* Compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
* Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources
Your Profile
* At least 10 years of professional experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in MRO industry
* In-depth knowledge and experience in programming of control systems
* Proficient with use of machine tools and precision measuring instruments
* Aptitude to read blueprints and work from drawings
* Sense of responsibility in terms of safety, quality, performance, and costs
* Autonomous and accurate working abilities
* High reliability
* Team player
* Good IT knowledge
* Readiness for two-shift work
