Job Responsibilities Implementation and supervision of bookkeeping and financial statements for selected clients, mainly Swiss commercial entities.
Preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
Liaise with auditors in Switzerland and other jurisdictions.
Prepare and file the federal, cantonal, and local tax returns including VAT.
Comply with federal, cantonal, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Preparation of special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Meeting clients together with relationship managers if required.
Supervision of payroll administration for client entities.
