At Recordati, we have a vision to unlock the full potential of life. As a Clinical Trial Liaison Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clinical trials. This includes overseeing site and country trial performance, managing subject recruitment, and maintaining data quality and integrity.
Job Purpose
The Clinical Trial Liaison Manager is responsible for ensuring that our clinical trials are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines. This involves working closely with cross-functional project teams, monitoring trial progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Relationship Building: You will serve as an ambassador for Recordati, building relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to support our positioning as a sponsor of choice.
* Enrolment Management: You will work closely with principal investigators, CRAs, and site coordinators to drive enrolment at trial sites, identify ways to prevent recruitment delays, and optimize collaboration between departments.
* Data Quality and Integrity: You will ensure that data collected during clinical trials meets GCP and local regulations, through remote and onsite data review.
* Sponsor Oversight Monitoring Visits: You will conduct regular visits to trial sites to monitor accurate and compliant monitoring by the CRO.
* Long-term Partnerships: You will maintain accountability for long-term operational partnerships with key sites, providing local intelligence and proactively identifying issues.
Required Education and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biology, medical/healthcare, or a comparable background. Additionally, you will require excellent communication and presentation skills, leadership abilities, and experience with tools and systems for managing clinical studies.
Language Requirements
You must be fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Any additional language skills are considered beneficial.
Travel Requirements
This role requires approximately 60% travel, allowing you to collaborate with international teams and build relationships with global partners.
