Job Description for Financial Control Department at HFR

Following the departure of the current holder, HFR is seeking to fill a position in its Financial Control Department.
Mission:
* Collaborate closely with various departments within the Finance Directorate and other hospital services and directorates.
* Supervise and ensure proper management of analytical accounting according to current standards, participating in certifications and audits, including investment accounting.
* Ensure compliance of accounting plans (cost centers, accounting natures, etc.) with current standards.
* Oversee the preparation of semi-annual analytical accounting reconciliations.
* Maintain internal controls for accurate charge and revenue allocation, and ensure coherence of monthly and quarterly closures.
* Prepare analysis reports, account comments, and management dashboards for activity and profitability steering, intended for medical and nursing departments, the Finance Directorate, General Management, and support divisions.
* Standardize, develop, and improve processes for periodic reports, budgeting, short-term projections, and long-term planning.
* Support management controllers in developing solutions within their responsibilities.
* Oversee financial and performance statistics according to legal, internal, and external directives (ITAR-K, OFS, etc.).
* Participate in or lead working groups within your area of expertise.
Profile:
* University or HES degree in Business Management with specialization in controlling, or a recognized finance and controlling diploma or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably within healthcare, in a similar role.
* Knowledge of REKOLE standards, controlling concepts, budgeting processes, and investment project management.
* Fluent in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language.
* Knowledge of current and upcoming tariff structures is an advantage.
* Leadership qualities with a willingness to motivate and train team members.
* Analytical and synthetic thinking, good communication skills, stress resistance.
* Organized, precise, autonomous work style, meeting deadlines, proactive, and excellent team spirit.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
