We are looking for a highly motivated hunter with a strong track record in business development within the asset management sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the LATAM market, an established network of clients, and the ability to drive new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships.
Responsabilities :
Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand our client base in Latin America.
Identify and onboard new clients, including HNWIs, institutional investors, and family offices.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize assets under management (AUM).
Provide tailored investment solutions and financial advisory services based on client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities in the LATAM region.
Profile :
Proven experience in asset management, private banking, or investment sales.
A well-established book of clients with a minimum of €30M AUM.
Strong hunter mentality - proactive, results-driven, and skilled at closing deals.
Excellent knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets.
Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and develop business strategies for the LATAM market.
