We're seeking a dedicated specialist to lead and manage the entire compensation process within our complex and demanding Workday environment. Your area of responsibility
1. Lead Compensation & Advanced Compensation Processes: Take full ownership of our compensation processes, ensuring seamless configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
2. Complex Compensation Management: Navigate our sophisticated compensation setup, managing advanced configurations and ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
3. Job Architecture Redesign: Play a critical role in a complete overhaul of our job architecture, including grading, job profiles, and career frameworks within Workday.
4. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and key business stakeholders to ensure our compensation strategies align with our organizational goals.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging your deep Workday expertise to make meaningful enhancements.
6. Complex Challenges: Work with a team that embraces complexity and drives real change.

Your strengths
1. Workday Certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation (either one a must-have).
2. Hands-on Specialist: A "dye-in-the-wool" Workday compensation and advanced compensation expert with a track record of success managing complex setups.
3. Strong HCM Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workday HCM Core, including job architecture, grading, and job profiles.
4. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to compensation configurations and processes.
5. Collaborative and Proactive: A team player who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and who takes initiative to drive projects forward.
