Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate Specialist, HR Reporting & Analytics to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
The Associate Specialist, HR Reporting & Analytics owns the design, development, and execution of insightful HR data reports. They act as the subject matter expert for the design and interpretation of HR data models, enabling the Client to leverage data and analytics to apply data-driven decisions.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
2. HR data analytics certification or equivalent relevant work experience
3. Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems related to core HR, recruiting, learning, performance management, and overall people data
4. Extensive reporting experience, including knowledge of process and data usage; knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators
5. Technical experience in Workday, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and technical knowledge for report production
6. Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
