LunaGroup Charter (LGC) is a branch of LunaAviation Group created in 2020. Since then, it has successfully grown and currently employs 7 full-time consultants. In 2023, LGC operated more than 300 flights. The main focus for LGC is tailored flights for group travels in the following key industries: Incentives, Seminars, Sport events, Corporate shuttles, Tour operators, and Emergency flights.
Your objective is to proactively build a portfolio of clients within the Group Charter branch of the division, along with finding, negotiating, and recommending the best flight options on the market for our customers. You will also be in charge of monitoring all of your flights carefully, including outside of office hours when needed, going to the airport to supervise your flights and meet your clients.
Your Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and operators alike. It is essential to prospect and develop the company portfolio through proactive cold calling sessions while maintaining the utmost standard of bespoke service before, during, and after the flight. You will also have an operational side on a day-to-day basis, monitoring all your flights (including outside of office hours) and supervising the check-in of your flight at the airport.

Qualifications:
1. You are a young, motivated graduate looking to join the next generation of Group Charter Brokers.
2. Fluency in English and German is MANDATORY. Other languages are an asset.
3. Client-focused with a high sense of responsibility while enjoying working with goals in a competitive environment.
4. Self-starter who is not afraid to think outside the box and a strong team player.
5. Very organized and multi-task oriented, able to switch quickly from one activity to another (cold calls, flight briefs, negotiations, client meetings…) and able to work under high pressure.
6. You have an undergraduate degree (Bachelor, Diploma, etc.), preferably in business, aviation, hospitality, or real estate.
