Responsabilities:
* Deploy HR processes in compliance with legal requirements.
* Advise managers on HR and organizational matters.
* Manage recruitment, performance reviews, and salary adjustments.
* Support internal mobility and employee development.
* Drive HR initiatives in organizational development and engagement.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
* Oversee succession planning and key skills continuity.
* Handle individual and collective HR issues.
* Contribute to continuous HR improvement.
Candidate Profile :
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least three years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
* Proficiency in HRIS and office software.
